Dear Patients,

I am writing to let you know that I will be taking maternity leave from 6th May 2026 and will return to practice on 5th January 2027. During this period, I want to reassure you that your care will remain in the hands of an experienced and dedicated clinical team.

Dr Anwitee Udayam will be your covering GP, available for full days on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday each week. To further support your needs, Nurse Prescriber Rachel Steed will be working virtually on Mondays and Tuesdays. Community Nurse Prescriber Venet will be available in person on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Additionally, Nurse Prescriber Nuzhat will be working on Wednesdays.

For any paperwork such as disability or health forms, please note that these require an appointment with the GP. Kindly refrain from dropping off paperwork without an appointment, and instead book in advance to ensure your documents are properly handled.

I am confident that the team will provide you with the highest standard of care during my absence. Thank you for your understanding and support. I look forward to seeing you again in the new year.
